In brief, the above article says: According to research done by a U.C., the car dashboard, sofa, air freshener will emit Benzene, a cancer causing toxin (carcinogen).

In addition to causing cancer, it poisons your bones, causes anemia, and reduces white blood cells. Prolonged exposure will cause Leukemia, increasing the risk of cancer. May also cause miscarriage.

Acceptable Benezene level indoors is 50 mg per sq. ft. A car parked indoors with the windows closed will contain 400-800 mg of Benezene. If parked outdoors under the sun at a temperature above 60 degrees F, the Benezene level goes up to 2000-4000 mg, 40 times the acceptable level. The people inside the car will inevitably inhale an excess amount of the toxin.

It is recommended that you open the windows and door to give time for the interior to air out before you enter. Benzene is a toxin that affects your kidney and liver, and is difficult for your body to expel.

有一天搭乘電梯，就遇上了電梯突然斷電，雖然緊急供電系統幾秒後就開始作用，可是電梯還是從 13 樓迅速往下墬。
還好當時記起曾經看過電視教的，趕快把每一層樓的按鍵都按下，好在電梯在五樓終於停止了 ,.. 真的有檢回一條命感覺 !
當你面臨生死一線間時，當下的你所做的每一個動作將決定你的生死與否。
生活中，難免會坐到電梯，但是，萬一遇到電梯發生事故，迅速往下墜落時，你可能只有一個念頭「站在電梯隨他吧！ ... 」
可是今天 ..... 我在電視的一個外國頻道看到一個非常好的節目。
其中，他們還請了專家示範 ..... 「電梯下墜時保護自己的最佳動作」
第一、 ( 不論有幾層樓 ) 趕快把每一層樓的按鍵都按下。
第二、如果電梯內有手把，請一隻手緊握手把。
第三、整個背部跟頭部緊貼電梯內牆，呈一直線。
第四、膝蓋呈彎曲姿勢。

說明：因為電梯下墜時，你不會知道它會何時著地，且墜落時很可能會全身骨折而死。
所以： ;
第一點是當緊急電源啟動時，電梯可以馬上停止繼續下墜。
第二點是為了要固定你人所在的位子，以致於你不會因為重心不穩而摔傷。
第三點是為了要運用電梯牆壁作為脊椎的防護。
第四點是最重要的是因為韌帶是唯一人體富含彈性的一個組織，所以借用膝蓋彎曲來承受重擊壓力，比骨頭來承受壓力來的大。

Petrol Price Increase, Rice Price Increase, Why Salary No Increase?

Yesterday 5:46pm, suddenly I had receive a bad news. The news is about the petrol will get increase of 0.78 cents and diesel will increase of RM 1.00. This news really shock me, because each time I need to pay more RM18.30 on my car petrol, and each month need to pay more RM70++ on the car petrol. If count to 1 year, I need to pay more RM 850++.

After I count, I faster drive my car to petrol station to buy fuel. But when I arrive the petrol station, I found that I am late, it already a long queue. No choice, I need to wait also, cos it save me 3 times of lunch money. And it take almost 1 hours just is my turn.

When I had when home, my friends call me. He said the rice price is increase also. Wow, Why all this things come together? So, I follow my friends go find rice. Luckily, we can find a cheap rice at Padungan suermarket. That rice now is RM30.80, but after increase, it will cost RM45.60.

Now we can see that the petrol price had increase, the rice price had increase, following what will be increase again? What things no need to use lorry for delivery? What foods need to use rice? All things is get increase, and why our salary no get increase???

不久前，我听过一个这样的故事。
话说有一位将军，在他出外打猎的时候，路经山上的一座庙。
他听说庙里有一位得道高憎，所以就想进庙去会一会这位高憎。
当他见到这位高憎的时候，他就问了他一个问题。
"何谓天堂，何谓地狱?" 。那位高憎看了将军一眼，不做出任何的回答。
将军又再问 :"何谓天堂，何谓地狱?"。
那位高憎还是一样，不做出任何的回答。
这时，将军生气了。他一把抓住了高憎的头按倒在桌上，
拿起大刀。当正要砍下去的时候，高憎开口说话了 : "这就是地狱。"。
将军听了，就慢慢的把刀放了下来。这时，高憎又开口说话了 : "这就是天堂。"。
天堂与地狱，往往只在于我们的一念之差。

古怪的通下水道方法

一般下水道堵塞主要是污秽物粘在管壁上,经长年累月越粘越多,最后造成水也通不过.一个简单的方法,捉几条鳝鱼,放进马桶,再倒一些冰块.鳝鱼的特性是,当天气转凉时,会钻到泥层下,有冰块自然就冷,鳝鱼自然就往下钻,钻着钻着就不知不觉的把污秽物给钻破个通道,那水自然就会通了.
有人会问:"那大功臣鳝鱼怎么办?"如果你有良心,就去粪池把它挖出来吧,要不然就让它发粪涂墙,终其一生吧.
其实鳝鱼原本就是住在泥浆水的鱼类,粪池对它来说除了味道不同之外,可以说和原本的生活环境没有差别,所以不需要担心它在里面会主的不惯等问题.

租房

我有几位朋友，都是来自较远的地方。因有些要在此读书上课，有些要做工，所以他们不得不在此租房住。租房住也是要有一些学问，与懂得莫些禁忌的。所以，我上网去找了一些资料，希望对一些要租房住的人有所帮助。

1.不贪便宜　　
低于行情之屋子，必有不利市场及租方的条件。如屋子在风水上不利于住人，曾经死过人或结构有问题等等。

2.不住旧屋
　　屋子太老，过去必承受太多人间怨气，久住则易受影响。

3.不见符纸
　　屋内如看见符纸，不管房东如何托词，最好都不要住进去

4.不邻病家
　　如屋内有病人，或与房东合住，房东家中有人久病或重病之人，最好都不要搬进去住，免得惹秽气上身

5.不近庙神
　　屋内有神坛，或屋子紧临-庙宫神祠因为阴气太重，都属阴煞之地，一般人最好不要太靠近，否则轻则运势低落，重则大病丧身。

6.不靠坟场
　　屋宅最好不要靠着坟场，最好要有一百公里以上的距离，如屋宅四周人气旺盛，倒还不至于犯到煞气:如屋宅靠坟场太近，四周又荒无人烟，最好不要住进去为妙。

7.不住暗宅
　　屋宅太暗，容易招邪；白天开窗屋内仍阴暗之宅，属阴气过盛，阳气不足之地，一般人最好少住。

8.不生邪念
　　邪念满心；神乱无主之人，即使在庙中，也会招来鬼邪近身，更何况住在来历不明的屋子？一般来讲，出外租屋的人，在欲求不满、迷惘、失恋、情绪低潮时，是最容易撞鬼的；因此，保持心灵纯正，才是避邪保身之道！

9.不住孤宅
　　所谓孤宅，是指屋宅四周只有你一间屋宅；或者一栋大楼里，只有你一户人家；因人少阴气胜，也不利于人。

10.不靠深山恶水
　　租屋最好不要在深山恶水边，因这些地方容易聚集死于意外的孤魂野鬼；就地势来说，也是鬼气胜过人气，除非是一家人共住，否则单人独住，易招邪物

11.凭感觉
当一踏入那间房子时，如有感觉不适，如头晕，想吐，等现像，那就不用考虑了，那间房子是不适合你的。

How to format a Computer

Few days before, My friends had ask me how to format a computer. So, i hope that this few step can help him.

1. To format a computer with Windows XP or 2000, insert Windows CD and restart your computer.

2. Your computer should automatically boot from the CD to the Windows Setup Main Menu.

3. At the Welcome to Setup page, press ENTER.

4. Press F8 to accept the Windows XP Licensing Agreement.

5. If an existing Windows XP installation is detected, you are prompted to repair it. To bypass the repair, press ESC.

6. Use the ARROW keys to select the partition or the unpartitioned space where you want to create a new partition. Press D to delete an existing partition, or press C to create a new partition.

7. Type the size in megabytes (MB) that you want to use for the new partition, and then press ENTER, or just press ENTER to create the partition with the maximum size.

8. Select the format option that you want to use for the partition (Recommended: NTFS), and then press ENTER.

9. After the Windows Setup program formats the partition, follow the instructions that appear on the screen to continue installing Windows.

最易闹鬼的房子

就风水而言所谓的鬼屋是位于阴门之所在，乃阴阳交错的关卡，究竟那种房子最容易闹鬼呢？让我们来瞧瞧.

1、独立在荒郊、坟场、阴庙的房子
房子独立在荒郊、坟场、阴庙附近，或是许久没有人住，容易因阴气过重，而成为好兄弟聚会的场所。

2、过多种植竹、榕、桃、芭蕉的房子　　
院内不宜种满竹、榕、桃树或芭蕉等容易招煞或卡阴的植物；另外墙外爬满了藤葛的房子也容易招阴。

3、曾有人横死的房子　　
曾经发生过社会新闻事端，造成有人自杀或横死的房子，死者可能因怨气太重，使魂魄迟迟不愿离去而作怪。

4、方位不对的房子
东北或西南方是风水上所谓的“鬼门”，房子的门开若开在上述方位，或座落在十字路口的东北或西南方上，都比较容易招阴。

5、上层面积比下层大的房子　　
上层面积比下层大，外形像似个骷髅头的房子，会使屋内怪事频传，甚至屋主容易产生自杀的念头，让吉屋变鬼屋。

6、过多放置来历不明的出土古物的房子
来历不明的出土古物很可能是前人的陪葬品，而有人脸、人形的装饰品又最受好兄弟们的青睐，这两种东西最好不要随便摆放在家。

7、屋子有圆形楼梯的房子　　
好兄弟门特别偏爱圆形的东西，如果在住屋房子的中央设有圆形的旋转楼梯，此处就很容易会变成阴间好兄弟们的游乐场。

Last Day Trainning

2day is my last day tranning in this company, SotwareOptima. How about my future? Will I continue to work at this company? I totally dunno. After 2day, I will be free. I really dunno what the feeling that now I should had, is happy? sad? or scared?

Happy is because I had totally finish my trainning and can be said to really graduate already. And I can take a rest now.

Sad is because 2day I will leaving this company already and also leaving my friends too. I dunno in the future I can still see my friends or not, cos most of them will had their own job and own family also.

Scared is because now I had no idea on what should I do. Study? already finish all my study already. What I can do now? Working? what job is suitable for me? I also dunno. I just like a bird without leg, dunno where to go, just can keep flying.

After leaving, I hope all my friends will be happy with their live and all of them(including me) can find a good and suitable job. Finally what I wanna said is, " FRIENDSHIP FOREVER, KEEP IN CONTACT FRIENDS".

Different Types of Lion Dance

After I had post the information about the lion dance, my friends had ask me that isn't that there is some more others Lion Dance? Ya, there is some more others type of Lion Dance. After I had found for the information, and now I will post it out to share for who had interest on it.

The Lion Dance that I had post yesterday, is called Southern Lion Dance. There are some more Lion Dance which called Northern Lion Dance, Green Faced Lion Dance, and Unicorn Dance.

The Green Faced Lion, is the most revered of all lion dances. it has a flat menacing face, and designed to look extremely cruel and ferocious, the green lion can only be danced by the most skilled and dexterous of kungfu practitioners. This dreadful lion was invented during the Manchu reign, and dancing the lion signifies the fall of the manchus. The violent appearance is meant to illustrate the inhuman manchurians who massacred thousands of chinese. Its brows are actually twin steel swords measuring a foot and six inches each. The body is 18 feet long - and is used to conceal weapons.

In some events or like having a Chinese Parade ("You Sheng") - when a Green Faced Lion enters, the dragon, the unicorns and all of the lions(include Southern and Northen Lion) all bow down to revere and respect it. And some people will feel scared when looking on it and the sound which had made out by it. (Wanna be close with it, just try to go for the chinese parade when there having it.)

After the Green Faced Lion, then will be the Northen Lion Dance - the northern lion is more furry. It's quite logical really, since northern states of china are generally colder. Their colours are usually red or orange, sometimes green. Though nobody knew for sure when the Northen Lion was initially spotted, there were speculations that it was sighted during the Tang Dynasty. The dance however was believed to have originated thousands of years ago. The Northern Lions resemble the pekingese dog and often prances after a ball in their dance. The bow on their heads give their gender away - red for males, and green for females.

For the Southern Lion Dance, I think I no need to said more about it already, because for my yesterday blog I had mention on it already. But for add in some information, the Southern Lion comes with the following features:- The Rainbow coloured, the white faced, red faced and the black faced depicting the three heroes of the 'Three Kingdom' era.

Lieu Pei type ~~ with yellow head, white hair, white eyebrow and white beard and the drawing of an eagle on its' head representing the gentle quality. The body is made of rainbow coloured cloth cut in triangular shapes with rabbit fur trimming. This is a tame lion.

Guan Gong type ~~ This lion has a red face, black eyebrows, long beard, green nose and a purple horn. The body is of red, black, and green cloth cut into triangular shapes.

Zhang Gei type ~~ This lion has a black face, black eyebrows, green nose, iron horn, red eyes and rugged ear. The body is of black and white triangular cloth. People called this the awakened lion.

Lastly, it will be the Unicorn Lion. The unicorn dance is next in rank, which is hakka in origin. Its head scoops to the left and right continually in a figure of eight.

I believe that many of people had heard or saw before about LION DANCE. But, do you all really know about the history of Lion Dance and why having Lion Dance? Let me introduce it to you now........

According to experts lion dance originated over 1500 years ago, the lion itself is not native to China. The first one was brought to China as a tribute during the reign of the Emperor Shun (126-145) of the Han dynasty. But China had no zoos, and very few people had actually seen a lion. So how did they go about imitating the lion in their dances? "By looking at the animals around them" Chinese lion dance can be divided into two broad categories: The Northern style imatates the dog and the Southern the cat. The Northern or Beijing version is short, stocky and furry, much like an oversized Pekinese. It is mainly used by Chinese Circuses & acrobats entertaining audiences with their humor and mannerisms.

There are two styles of Southern lion dance, one style is from Fujian and the other is from Guangdong (Canton). which is also the most popular. The Cantonese lion can be divided into two styles one is Foshan, which is very popular in Hong Kong and most Chinese communities around the World. The other is the Heshan, which is popular in Malaysia, Singapore and with competition teams.

Lion heads are constructed of papier-mache applied over a frame of wicker and rattan, some of the modern heads use aluminum and plastic in their construction. The heads are then painted different colours used to signfy different characters, but like women who wear make up so the heads have become more colourful.
